How a day on the course can help work production

Hitting the links with the fellas is something that guys have loved since the game was invented. But there seems to be something even sweeter when you are playing this beautiful game while you are supposed to be at work. So I cleared my schedule for the day and accepted no lessons and we went to play golf at the incredible Linville Ridge Country Club. We played well, we bet small amounts, we laughed and we had a great time. We got to took a step back and just enjoyed ourselves.

Ever since that day of bonding and relaxation I have seen nothing but extreme production and even enthusiasm for work from the both of us. We even communicate better, instead of very formal talk, we have more of an open informal dialogue. Neither one of us make very much money from what we do but at times it seems like high stakes for us, because it is our only source of income. This can cause minor problems to feel very important, but since our day of tom foolery and some bogeys we have been able to have some perspective and really enjoy the process, and enjoy what we do together.
